Observera följande utveckling sedan vi senast distribuerade godkännandekartan: (1) CFTC har godkänt följande kontrakt för handel av amerikanska personer: (i) Montreal Exchangersquos terminsavtal baserat på FTSE Emerging Markets Index (ii) Londonbörsen Derivativesrsquo terminsavtal baserat på FTSE 100 Index och (iii) Londons börs Derivativesrsquo terminsavtal baserat på FTSE UK Large Cap Super Liquid Index. (2) SEC har inte godkänt några nya utländska aktieindexoptioner eftersom vi senast distribuerade godkännandekartan. ICE Futures Europe, Osaka Exchange, Euronext Paris, Euronext Brussels och Euronext Amsterdam har dock begärt befrielse enligt LIFFE AampM och Class Relief SEC No Action Letter (1 juli 2013) för att erbjuda kvalificerade alternativ till behöriga amerikanska institutioner. LIFFE members that intend to offer or sell such products to U. S. persons must satisfy the following conditions: (i) Bclear services may only be offered to a U. S. person that qualifies as an Eligible U. S. S. issuers and (2) LIFFE index options based on indices that contain no component securities of U. S. issuers. Institutions all options on individual German-, Swiss-, Finnish-, Dutch-, Italian - and French-issued equities that are now or that in the future may be listed on Eurex.
